Is your frame showing "busy" when it should be available for a video call?

For Frame Organizers, there is a way to do a "soft reset" of the ViewClix frame.  The reset can be done by clicking the "Advanced" button at the top of the Frame Settings web page (viewclix.com/settings )

After pressing the "Advanced" button, make sure to give the frame 5 minutes for the reset to complete. The reset can only go as fast as the connected network.

The "Advanced" button will only display if a frame if online and connected to the internet. If it is not displayed, this could mean the frame is unplugged or there is an internet issue.
